Library Visibility and Marketing

The last few weeks have seen a flutter of interest and publicity for the work the UK Libraries is doing. Here’s what I know about:

• The Nunn Center for Oral History featured on the upper right corner of the UK web page (http://www.uky.edu/) or the full text at http://www.uky.edu/webuk/spots/spot-155.html
• The excellent blog created by Deirdre Scaggs and the UK archives is now linked on the official UK blog site. • Rick Brewer presented a poster session at the Association of Research Libraries Fall Forum: Reinventing Science Librarianship: Models for the Future on his work with the College of Public Health (http://www.arl.org/events/fallforum/forum08/index.shtml)
