New York Public Library President and Chief Executive Officer Paul LeClerc answered a series of questions about the library and its services from New York Times readers. Many of the questions involved how libraries were changing in response to new information technologies. One answer: “Libraries will need to be there for those who simply do not have the means to satisfy their information and educational needs elsewhere.
