Education Library Update

The search for the Education Librarian position, on hold several months now due to the continuing budget situation, has been cancelled until a decision about the long-term staffing for this unit is decided. Sarah Vaughn, who has headed the library in an interim capacity since July 2007, will soon be returning to Young Library to assist with reference coverage and collection development. Susan Daole, long time Library Technician Sr. in Education, who has her MLS from UK, has accepted an assignment as acting library manager of the Education Library from July 1 - December 30, 2008. We thank both Sarah and Susan for their flexibility and help in providing a high level of service in the Education Library.
