The Library Associates Annual Dinner was held in May as usual this year. In my absence, Terry Birdwhistell presented a State of the Libraries report that I had created focused on items of interest to our donors and friends (that presentation has been loaded to the Office of the Dean SharePoint site under Dean’s Presentations). In addition, Judge Joe Lee was honored with the Medallion for Intellectual Achievement.
Library Associates President Kathy Johnson completed her term as president and welcomed incoming president, Gail Hart. In addition, we welcomed the following new members to the Executive Committee of the Library Associates:
