Of course, I'm a huge fan of our new interface to the Voyager catalog -- Encore. I like lots of things about it -- I like being about get more relevant hits to just a few words without having to decide what search to use (subject, title, author); I like the cover art; i like the tag cloud which helps me find other words that might be more relevent; I like the ability to limits by the facets that appear on the left.
I'm a heavy user of our Lexington Public Library and I got use to their version of such an interface which is called ThoroughBrowser. They have summaries, tables of contents, and reviews in their interface. I'm also looking forward to the day when we'll have more items like that in ours.
I think it will also be interesting to consider whether we will implement the feature that allows our users to annotate records in the catalog.
